When Hovertravel made a significant investment in a new on-line booking system, they had to ensure that a strong PR campaign was devised to maximise exposure.
Having worked as Hovertravel's marketing partner for the past five years, we knew only too well the benefits of their service and how they should be promoted. Working as one, our strategic and creative team developed a strategy to not only raise the profile of the on-line booking facility, but to also entice people to make an on-line booking to experience how easy the facility is to use.
A targeted billboard campaign was devised and rolled out across all the major train stations along the A3 corridoor. A new Ad campaign was rolled out to media outlets throughout the South Coast and promotion days were held in Southsea and Portsmouth.
The three month campaign has proved to be a major success in generating new on-line sales for Hovertravel.
