Leading UK mystery shopping company Douglas Stafford have commissioned IM to undertake a complete web overhaul. Having won a highly competitive three way pitch, the IM team demonstrated a clear understanding of how Douglas Stafford should be positioned and furthermore demonstrated how the site can be fully interactive whilst retaining full accessibility. Within the site there is a unique video presentation over viewing the mystery shopping service accompanied by live introductions for each area of the site.
