Armchair wanted to project their biggest asset – their staff.

Being in a client facing environment the success of the Armchair service is built around how their staff interacts with in-bound calls. We had to project this to their market place.

Working with Armchair we undertook extensive on site photography so that every picture in their corporate and sector specific brochures was of the Armchair team. This projected an images of warmth and of a company that not only values their clients, but also their staff.

Feedback from their clients towards the new brochures has been extremely positive.

The web sites were approached with different markets in mind. Firstly, we created a ‘one fits all’ site that overviews the Armchair services. Secondly, we created highly targeted sites geared towards the sector they were approaching. This led to an extremely strong marketing message being projected and ultimately an increase in sales conversions.

The web sites feature video footage taken directly from their clients motor dealerships to re-enforce the quality of service.
